As I was in a small group meeting with a pastor of what has come to be known as a Mega-Church, the question was asked; "What is your biggest challenge in leading a congregation of over 20,000 people?" I have to admit that I didn't get the answer I expected when he answered, "Making disciples." Surely there was at least one thing that was bigger than making disciples. But there wasn't!
